The property is only 5 minutes walk from the Royal Dublin Showground (RDS) which hosts many trade fairs and events including the famous Dublin Horse show (www.rds.ie). The house is in Dublin's most attractive suburb which is known as the 'embassy belt' because of the large number of foreign consulates and embassies We are close to Dublin's universities. You can use the location as a base to take a trip on the local railway (DART) - to the seaside towns of Greystones in the South or Howth in the North, both well worth a visit for a change of scenery and to take in the fresh sea air of Dublin bay.

A taste of the lively local nightlife awaits you as we are a short distance from the famous pub O’Donoghues, where the Dubliners started their careers and where you can hear live traditional music or Doheny & Nesbitts which retains the elegance of a bygone era.

Visit Herbert Park just around the corner which was host to the 1907 Irish International Exhibition, and visited by His Royal Highness, King Edward VII. The 48 acre Herbert Park is named after Sydney Herbert, father of the Earl of Pembroke, who donated the park to the citizens of Dublin city in 1903. Since then it has been a park available to the residents and visitors of Dublin.
